Senior Treasury Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Treasury Operations Manager to join our team at Together. As a key member of our Treasury Operations team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our Treasury Operations procedures, managing cash and liquidity, and monitoring and maintaining existing debt facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of Treasury Operations procedures and documentation
- Manage cash and liquidity, including daily cash and liquidity management and reporting to internal stakeholders
- Monitor and maintain existing debt facilities, including covenant monitoring and reporting
- Actively support treasury refinancing activities, including RCF, Senior Secured Notes, and securitisation issuances
- Lead the Treasury Operations team, directly managing colleagues and supporting/coaching other colleagues in the wider team
Requirements:
- Financial and/or management accounting experience
- Treasury Operations experience
- Excellent attention to detail and process-driven approach
- Team management experience
