We are an international marketing solutions and customer communications company that brings brands to life across every channel, in every market, all with a local touch. With over 800 employees across 25 sites Worldwide, APS serves customers in a range of markets including retail, financial services, travel, automotive, healthcare, leisure, pharmaceutical and the Public sector. We are currently looking to recruit an office administrator which will provide support to our busy Procurement Department. Primarily you will coordinate service desk activities which include booking of Travel, ordering stationery and catering supplies and general purchasing of a wide range of goods and services. On a day-to-day basis you\u0027ll be involved with supporting the following activities:

\u2022 Maintain strong communication with internal and external customers.
\u2022 Gather pricing and quotations and preparing options for goods and services.
\u2022 Accurately raise purchase orders in a timely manner.
\u2022 Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
\u2022 Dealing with service desk requests from internal customers and keeping customers fully updated with the status and progress of their orders and resolve issues and queries.
\u2022 Processing of invoices in a timely and accurate manner and dealing with any related queries.
\u2022 Deal with general queries
\u2022 Database administration
\u2022 Familiarisation of in-house purchasing systems

Essential Skills:

\u2022 Excellent organisation and time management skills
\u2022 Capable of working unsupervised or as part of a wider team.
\u2022 Ability to work to tight deadlines
\u2022 Attention to detail and basic problem-solving skills
\u2022 Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
\u2022 Strong written and verbal communication skills
\u2022 Good attention to detail
\u2022 Educated to GSCE including Maths and English
\u2022 Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

The working hours will be Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm

This is initially a 3 month temporary role but may become long term.
