Financial Services Administrator

Financial Divisions is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our team in North London. As a key member of our wealth management firm, you will play a vital role in supporting our Advisers and Paraplanners in delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with annual review meeting preparation, including gathering information and documents for suitability letters.
- Collaborate with the centralised admin team for new business and existing business processing.
- Provide administrative support to Administrators, Paraplanners, and Advisers.
- Contribute to the development of our team members through knowledge sharing and best practices.
