Financial Divisions is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our team in North London. As a key member of our wealth management firm, you will play a vital role in supporting our Advisers and Paraplanners in delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with annual review meeting preparation, including gathering information and documents for suitability letters.
  • Liaise with the centralised admin team for new business and existing business processing.
  • Work closely with Administrators, Paraplanners, and Advisers to ensure seamless client journeys.
  • Support the Head of Paraplanning in maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Requirements:
