Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Development Manager to lead the growth and development of a key customer account.

  • The ideal candidate will have FMCG experience at a senior level, with a proven track record of managing retail accounts and delivering successful Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve market share;
  • Managing account budgets and investments, as well as forecasting and risk management;
  • Leveraging strong commercial acumen to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a commercial role within the FMCG industry;
  • Proven experience of managing large-scale customer relationships and driving sales growth;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
