Nursing Associate Role at Royal Berkshire

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to fill the position of Nursing Associate within our organization. This role is designed to bridge the gap between Registered Nurses and Health Care Assistants, providing high-quality care to patients.

As a Nursing Associate, you will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our team. If you are passionate about healthcare and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain experience in various healthcare settings, including wards and departments, and will be required to work a variety of shifts, including nights, long days, and weekends. You will also be expected to maintain confidentiality and adhere to our organization's policies and procedures.

Our Nursing Associate program offers a unique chance to develop your skills and knowledge, combining academic learning with practical experience. You will be released for study days as per the University of West London program, allowing you to balance your work and education responsibilities effectively.

In addition to your clinical skills and knowledge, you will be expected to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect for patients and colleagues alike. Your ability to work as part of a team, think critically, and problem-solve will be essential in this role.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience, as well as opportunities for career progression and professional development.
