We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nursing Associate to join our team at Ashurst PICU in Oxford. As a key member of the Multi-Disciplinary Team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting their recovery journey.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong interest in new technologies within nursing and healthcare to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will work closely with our dedicated team to implement and evaluate individual care plans, actively supporting clients in engaging with their local community and reducing social isolation.

The successful candidate will have a keen interest in new and upcoming technologies within Nursing and Healthcare, be compassionate, caring, and creative with excellent communication skills. A flexible and positive attitude with a willingness to accommodate our 24/7 service is essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including annual leave, NHS Discount, Lease car scheme, Cycle to work scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, Mental Health First Aiders, and staff accommodation. We encourage and support staff where possible to participate in further training and education while on the ward.
