We are seeking a qualified Community Staff Nurse to join our team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team, providing high-quality care to patients in the community.

As a Community Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, monitoring and arranging diagnostic tests, and recognizing deterioration in the physical or mental condition of a patient. You will also be expected to display excellent analytical ability and sound decision making in changing clinical situations.

The role involves delivering a range of clinical skills, including knowledge around long term conditions and their management, evidence of ongoing professional development, and an understanding of local and national issues.

A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a community environment within the last 2 years is required. You must also provide evidence of a Statement of NMC Registration, Degree/Diploma in Nursing, and a car and valid UK driving license.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £26.23-£32.29 per hour, depending on the shift pattern. You will also receive weekly pay, Blue Light Card NHS Discount Provider, first choice of shifts/placements at the Trust of your choice over agencies, and access to our support line any time.
