Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for closing sales over the phone. We value diversity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds, abilities, and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products/services.
  • Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in our products/services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
  • Update and maintain customer information in the company's database.
  • Be responsible and accountable for your sales performance.

Requirements

  • Have experience of volume dials (100+ per day) and closing sales over the phone.
  • ~B2B preferred or experience working with small amount of data where data conversion is key.
  • ~ Strong customer service skills.
  • ~ Good organisational and time management skills.
  • ~ Knowledge of sales techniques and principles.
  • ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
