Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Consultant to join our team in Walsall. As a Field Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for creating your own sales opportunities, converting warm leads into sales, and building long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct door-to-door sales in businesses and residential areas to create new sales opportunities.
  • Convert warm leads into sales through a direct sales approach, with a target of 8-10 sales per month.
  • Build a portfolio of long-term relationships with customers and generate referrals from existing clientele.
  • Canvass potential customers at their properties, introduce them to Verisure, and showcase our award-winning products.
  • Conduct security surveys to design a system tailored to customers' security needs.
  • Seamlessly convert engagements into sales, take charge of product installations, and establish a pipeline of future sales by ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Receive warm leads sourced from our call centre and efficiently convert these leads into successful sales.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales or retail is desirable but not essential.
  • Professional and customer service-focused attitude.
  • Passion for sales and good communication skills.
  • Full manual driving licence and access to a vehicle for the first few months.
