Contract Delivery and Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Contract Delivery and Quality Manager. As a key member of our property services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of contractors, consultants, and agencies to deliver high-quality mechanical and electrical services, responsive repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the delivery of mechanical and electrical services, responsive repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with statutory standards
- Conduct site surveys, inspections, and work valuations to ensure all work meets quality and statutory standards
- Manage budgets and drive service improvements by developing key performance indicators, monitoring service delivery, and implementing improvements to the service's efficiency and effectiveness
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders and communicate clearly in written and oral format
- Education to degree level and membership of CIOB or equivalent relevant experience
- Proven experience in managing complex maintenance and service contracts in the Housing or Property Sector
- Good technical knowledge of construction works
- Strong organisation and time management skills, as well as a strong ability to analyse and problem solve
