Contract Delivery and Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Contract Delivery and Quality Manager. As a key member of our property services team, you will be responsible for managing multi-million-pound contracts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex maintenance and service contracts in the housing or property sector. You will have strong technical knowledge of construction works and be able to analyze and problem-solve effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multi-million-pound contracts and ensure timely delivery of services
- Oversee quality assurance and conduct site surveys, inspections, and work valuations to ensure all work meets quality and statutory standards
- Develop and implement key performance indicators to drive service improvements and efficiency
- Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and agencies to deliver mechanical and electrical services, responsive repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works
- Support delivery of key areas of property compliance, including fire, legionella, asbestos, gas, and electrical (FLAGE) services

Requirements- Proven experience in managing complex maintenance and service contracts in the housing or property sector
- Strong technical knowledge of construction works
- Ability to analyze and problem-solve effectively
- PRINCE2 certification or project management qualification desirable
