Contracts Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join our team at Howells Solutions Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering planned works to tenanted social housing properties in West London and North London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage contracts and lead a team of Site Managers, Resident Liaison Officers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure the delivery of projects within budget and time scales specified.
  • Focus on motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budget.
  • Drive profitability of the contract, including pricing and delivery of extra works.
  • Client and tenant satisfaction.
  • Process Management.
  • Management of the customer.
  • Have an understanding of the financials on the contract.
  • Customer liaison skills.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Contracts Manager delivering social housing/planned maintenance projects.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong financial management skills.
