Job Title: Contracts Manager
Location: West London and North London
Salary: £70K - £75K + Car Allowance or Company Car + Benefits
We are working with a leading Social Housing contractor to recruit a proactive Contracts Manager to deliver Planned Works to tenanted social housing properties in West London and North London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing long-term partnerships with Local Authorities and Housing Association clients, including:
- Coordinating with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Developing and implementing Planned Works strategies to meet client objectives
- Managing a team of contractors to deliver Planned Works projects
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in contracts management or a related field
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of social housing and local authority regulations
