Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the Lloyds Banking Group division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients via phone.

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, providing support to customers with their personal banking needs, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls with enthusiasm and a desire to help customers
  • Supporting customers with all aspects of their personal banking, including bank transfers, direct debits, and digital banking support
  • Helping customers who may be experiencing financial difficulties or debit card support
  • Promoting channels such as Internet Banking and ensuring customers are aware of the Bank's complete range of services
  • Problem-solving and taking ownership of each query to ensure it is resolved efficiently
  • Ensuring customers are supported in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be able to empathize with customers and provide solutions to their queries in a timely and efficient manner.
