Customer Care Role at Pyramid8

Pyramid8 is recruiting for a Customer Care Officer to join their established specialist business. The ideal candidate will have administration skills and be looking for a long-term role.

The role involves mainly dealing with existing clients, making and taking calls related to renewals, and dealing with some claims. The successful candidate will provide full training and have already developed good customer care skills in listening and communicating in a polite and professional manner.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.15am to 4pm, with 4 Saturday mornings related to training that can be done remotely after full training. The company is flexible regarding hours for the right candidate.

As a member of the team, you will be welcomed by and work with friendly, professional staff who have up to 20 years of service, most having been with the business for over 10 years. Salary reviews are undertaken every year, and staff who have exceeded expectations are rewarded with annual bonuses.

The key responsibilities of the role include:
