About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Administration Specialist to join our dynamic teams servicing both internal and external clients. As a key member of our projects teams, you will work closely with senior associates to deliver high-quality pension administration services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to senior associates with the production of pension increases, benefit statements, administration reports, and monthly reporting.
  • Assist in the testing of automated calculation solutions and identify performance issues.
  • Monitor and manage data cleaning requirements, and assist in due diligence exercises.
  • Prepare large mailing projects to members and scope costs for projects outside of business as usual.
  • Manage client relationships and provide an efficient, professional service to meet all client/members' needs.
Requirements
  • Experience of dealing with occupational pension schemes.
  • Experience of coaching and supporting less experienced associates.
  • Experience of working on projects an advantage.
  • Customer and quality focused.
  • Computer literate with experience of using Excel spreadsheets.
