About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Business Development Manager to join our team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our BENELUX Enterprise sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to win the Enterprise segment within your market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities with prospective Enterprise clients by targeting key verticals and exploring new attractive markets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at large corporations.
  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to negotiating contracts.
  • Manage complex RFI/RFP processes and ensure follow-ups on all Enterprise leads.
  • Forecast and pipeline build in line with quarterly targets.
  • Champion client agreements and ensure a smooth handover between Trustpilot and the client.
  • Collaborate with product teams to improve product offerings based on feedback from Enterprise prospects.
  • Run regular mentoring sessions with junior BDMs.
  • Liaise with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing long and complex Enterprise sales cycles within the SaaS industry.
  • Experience with engaging multi-stakeholders and business units.
  • Ability to create and execute business cases and presentations to C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience with navigating legal, procurement, and RFP processes.
  • Desire to work in an agile start-up/scale-up environment.
  • Experience selling in the e-commerce or MarTech space across different industries and vertices.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing automation systems.
  • Experience in solution-selling into mid and Enterprise-sized businesses.
  • Flexibility to travel for business meetings and events.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent English language skills.
