About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our Account Management function in Amsterdam. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer retention and growth for our Dutch-based customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with customers to ensure their overall satisfaction with Trustpilot products.
  • Develop and implement customer success plans to drive adoption and ensure contract renewal.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to understand customer objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Provide expert advice on best practices to drive ROI and ensure Trustpilot delivers against customer needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, advocating customer needs back to internal teams.
  • Upsell Trustpilot products and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor and improve customer health scores to increase renewal rates and reduce churn.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Experience managing a large portfolio of SME and Enterprise customer accounts.
  • Proven track record of hitting targets in similar capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience with subscription-based, renewal license models.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
