Wij zoeken een Account Executive

Als Account Executive speel je een cruciale rol in ons doel om vertrouwen en transparantie op te bouwen tussen consumenten en bedrijven over de hele wereld. Je leert bedrijven hoe ze vertrouwen opbouwen, kunnen groeien en zichzelf kunnen verbeteren met de hulp van Trustpilot en miljoenen consumenten over de hele wereld.

Je taken
  • Je gaat proactief op zoek naar nieuwe zakelijke kansen.
  • Je verzamelt en analyseert gegevens, zodat je trends kunt herkennen tijdens gesprekken met klanten.
  • Je realiseert nieuwe zakelijke kansen door je te richten op verschillende branches in de Nederlandse markt.
  • Je houdt je bezig met de volledige salescyclus (leads genereren, productdemo's, prijzen, onderhandelen en afsluiten).
  • Je toont de waarde van Trustpilot-producten en -softwareoplossingen aan bij het creëren van groeikansen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's van Customer Success, Trials, Partnerships, Sales Development en Management, zodat je onze klanten de beste oplossing kunt bieden.
  • Je creëert een betrouwbare pijplijn, zodat je je doelstellingen voortdurend overtreft.
Je kwaliteiten
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het beheren van een portfolio met kleine en middelgrote klanten, waarbij de nadruk ligt op het bereiken van een hoog verlengings-/retentiepercentage.
  • Je hebt de afgelopen jaren aantoonbaar doelstellingen behaald in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met licentiemodellen op basis van abonnementen.
  • Je beschikt over het vermogen om goede relaties met diverse stakeholders op te bouwen en te onderhouden.
  • Je beschikt over professionele communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
  • Je bent in staat om moeilijke gesprekken op een professionele en oplossingsgerichte manier te voeren.
  • Je hebt een passie voor technologie en wilt deel uitmaken van een snelgroeiend SaaS-bedrijf.
