Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our Account Management function in Amsterdam. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer retention and growth for our Dutch-based customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish strong relationships with customers to ensure their overall satisfaction with Trustpilot products.
- Develop and implement customer success plans to drive adoption and ensure contract renewal.
- Conduct regular business reviews to understand customer objectives and key performance indicators.
- Provide expert advice on best practices to drive ROI and ensure Trustpilot delivers against customer needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor, advocating customer needs back to internal teams.
- Upsell Trustpilot products and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Monitor and improve customer health scores to increase renewal rates and reduce churn.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Experience managing a large portfolio of SME and Enterprise customer accounts.
- Proven track record of hitting targets in similar capacity.
- Demonstrated experience with subscription-based, renewal license models.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- On-going career development and training.
