The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, promoting positive outcomes for young people through effective collaboration and partnership.

To achieve this, we require a highly skilled and motivated individual with experience in managing residential services for children and young people. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with internal and external agencies.

A competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable young people.
