About Andrew Construction Limited


We are a leading residential developer in the UK, collaborating with ACR on an exciting new build housing project in Chelmsford, Essex.


As a seasoned Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of over 100 2, 3, and 4-bedroom traditional build houses at various stages of completion.


The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in managing similar scale projects and demonstrate proficiency in the following key areas:



  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health & safety/ISO procedures.
  • Collaboration and Quality Control: Work closely with subcontractors to maintain quality control.
  • Effective Communication and Problem-Solving: Facilitate communication and problem-solving within the site delivery team.
  • Construction Oversight: Oversee construction in line with provided specifications and NHBC regulations.
  • Utility Management: Establish productive relationships with utility companies for timely connections.
  • Supply Chain Management: Manage material take-offs, deliveries, and supply chain adherence.
  • Talent Development and Teamwork: Support new employees and foster teamwork.
  • Project Delivery: Deliver completed projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Subcontractor Meetings: Conduct subcontractor meetings to ensure project alignment.

To be considered for this role, candidates must hold SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications.
