Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Residential Project Coordinator to join our team in Chelmsford.

We're seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to lead large-scale residential projects from planning approval to on-site delivery.

This role involves managing junior members of the team, dealing with clients, and contributing to technical drawings.

A key requirement is previous experience working on large residential projects, ideally low-rise resi developments.

The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary: £45,000-£52,000 depending on experience.

What's Needed?

  • Previous experience working on large residential projects.
  • Experience producing planning and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit is a bonus.
  • Ability to live locally to Chelmsford.
