About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing project specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates, and contributing to the successful delivery of construction projects. Your expertise will play a crucial role in project planning, budgeting, and bidding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
  • Consult with clients, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements.
  • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure estimates align with project goals.
  • Monitor project costs and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Estimator or equivalent, preferably within residential/commercial/industrial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry practices.
  • Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management, quantity surveying, or a related field.
What We Offer:
