Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team at beBee Professionals in Chelmsford. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that costs are controlled and budgets are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cost estimation strategies to ensure accurate project budgets.
  • Monitor and control project expenses, identifying areas for cost savings and optimization.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure the best possible pricing and terms.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, with a strong track record of cost control and budget management.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software and project management tools.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
