Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial transactions, including purchase ledger runs and BACS payments.
  • Record and post client receipts, as well as perform bank reconciliations.
  • Produce and check Debtors & Creditors reports and aged analyses.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and provide timely reports.

Requirements:
  1. QBE (qualified by experience) or studying.
  2. Previous experience in purchase ledger or sales ledger invoice processing.
  3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and IT systems.
