Accounts Assistant Job Description

At Northreach, we're looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our Operations team. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for managing daily cash receipts, allocating payments accurately, and processing refunds seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Transaction Processing: Manage daily cash receipts, allocate payments accurately, and process refunds seamlessly.
  2. Reconciliation Tasks: Ensure the accuracy of daily bank reconciliations and financial transactions.
  3. Client Interaction: Liaise with clients, Credit Controllers, and debtors to resolve queries and maintain strong relationships.
  4. Risk Control: Mitigate financial risks by safeguarding assets and minimizing client losses.
  5. Office Operations: Prepare reports, manage documentation, and assist with day-to-day office duties to keep operations running smoothly.
