Job Profile

We are seeking a highly experienced Residential Management Specialist to join our team at Anthem Management. This role involves managing a portfolio of residential developments, working closely with clients and leaseholders to ensure that their properties are well-maintained and secure.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a good understanding of property management procedures and relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service charge expenditure and oversee the financial health of developments
  • Prepare service charge budgets and assist with budget preparation for new business
  • Work with the Facilities Management Team to secure best value for money in contracted services
  • Advise and guide colleagues on issues related to service charge recovery and ground rent arrears
  • Manage service provision to Landlords, Management Companies, and Leaseholders

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property management (ideally 5 years)
  • Good understanding of property management procedures and relevant legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize tasks effectively

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £55,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience
