We are seeking a skilled Residential Cleaning Specialist to join our team in the Chelmsford area.

This permanent role covers a portfolio of Residential/Social Housing sites, and as a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring these properties are clean and well-maintained.

The ideal candidate will have prior professional cleaning experience and possess excellent organizational skills.

You will also need to hold a Full UK Driving Licence, but a Company Vehicle is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, handrails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors, and frames.
  • Sweep floors using brushes or dust control mops.
  • Mop floors with wet or damp mops.
  • Hover carpeted areas.
  • Empty waste bins and transport waste material to designated collection points.
  • Mix cleaning supplies safely.
  • Replenish consumable items like soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels.
  • Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks.
  • Clean communal kitchen areas.

Benefits and Salary:
