Children Service Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Children Service Lead to oversee the effective management and delivery of high-quality residential services for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, including The Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards 2015.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing a team to deliver excellent care and support to young people and their families
- Ensuring the highest standards of emotional, social, and physical care through research, development, and partnership
- Maintaining OFSTED registration and ensuring regulatory requirements are met
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Significant management experience within young people's residential services
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality care and support
- Excellent knowledge of children's homes national minimum standards and the Children's Act 2010
- The ability to cope with emotionally challenging situations and act calmly under pressure
The salary for this position is estimated at £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
