The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to children and their families, developing and implementing care plans to meet their needs, and leading a team of nurses to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of nurses to provide face-to-face support to children and their families
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of children and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
