**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced senior clinical supervisor to join our team at North East London NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Clinical Supervisor in Education Settings, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision and guidance to education mental health practitioners (EMHPs) working with children and young people in schools.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical practice, with experience in managing complex cases and supervising junior staff. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical supervision and guidance to EMHPs
  • Supporting the development of treatment plans for children and young people with mental health needs
  • Collaborating with other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
