Job Title: Cover Supervisor - A Rewarding Role

This opportunity is based in East of England, Essex, Chelmsford.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic cover supervisor to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising students in the absence of regular teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe learning environment and effectively manage classroom behavior.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to pupils.
  • Assist with preparing learning materials.
  • Keep accurate records of student attendance and progress.

Requirements:

  • A valid UK driving licence.
  • A clear DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications.

Experience:

Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills.

Working Conditions:

This role may involve standing for extended periods, interacting with students, and working in a classroom environment.
