Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and caring Early Years Education Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a supportive learning environment.

About the Role

This position involves working with children aged 3 months to 5 years, guiding them through exciting and educational daily activities. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging play-based activities that support children's growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurturing Little Learners: Provide high-quality care and education to children, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Creating Joyful Experiences: Design and deliver engaging activities that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Building Strong Connections: Form meaningful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, supporting every child's unique journey through the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 2 (or higher) qualification in childcare
  • The ability to approach every situation with calmness and care, providing thoughtful support for children with varying needs
  • An inclusive mindset, passionate about equality and inclusivity, ensuring every child has the opportunity to shine
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive ongoing training and support, as well as opportunities for professional development and career progression.
