**Company Overview:** Oakmoor Recruitment is a leading training provider seeking a dedicated Trainee Early Years Assessor to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work with Early Years professionals, providing coaching and mentoring to apprentices in achieving their qualifications.

**Job Description:** As a Trainee Early Years Assessor, you will manage a caseload of learners, including Functional Skills, both remotely and through visits to their workplaces. You will coach and mentor them through to completion of their Early Years apprenticeship qualification. Full training and qualifications are provided by the employer.

**Salary and Expenses:** The role is full-time, permanent, with a salary of £27,000 per annum. You will receive full travel expenses, all necessary equipment, and further career opportunities with a growing high-quality training provider.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:** To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 3 (or equivalent) Early Years qualification and have at least three years' Deputy Manager or above Nursery experience. You should also possess a UK driving license and be willing to use your own transport.
