About the Role

Fife Council is seeking a skilled Housing Management Officer to join our Area Housing Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality landlord services to build stable communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the needs of individuals, properties, and neighbourhoods to develop solutions that improve estate standards.
  • Deliver high-quality landlord services to sustain tenancies and engage with customers and partners to make required improvements.
  • Provide excellent customer care while encouraging local people to maintain estate standards.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Scottish Secure and Short Scottish Secure Tenancies.
  • Experience of working with a range of supports available to tenants.
  • Partnership working experience when managing tenancies.
  • Good time management, communication, and organisational skills.
  • IT skills.
