Young People Support Worker

About the Role
As a Support Worker at St Christopher's, you will have the opportunity to develop authentic relationships with residents, ensuring their safety and well-being. You will also be responsible for providing support, liaising with other professionals, and completing support documents to record information.
This role requires a level of autonomy, as you will be the sole support worker providing support to young people in this service. You will be supported by a manager who will provide guidance and oversight.

What You Can Expect
- £29,750 to £31,401 per annum, depending on experience
