Role Summary:
Protocol Education Ltd is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support worker to join our team at a highly successful school in Ealing. This is a unique opportunity to work with students who require additional support, promoting their social, emotional, and academic well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with complex needs, developing and implementing personalized behavior plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents, creating a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in special educational needs, different learning styles, and strategies to support students with additional needs.
Requirements:
- A relevant degree or diploma in a field such as Special Educational Needs, Psychology, or Social Work.
- Experience working with students with complex needs, particularly those resulting from Adverse Childhood Experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents.
