In this role, you will be responsible for driving the right sales behaviours, enhancing sales capabilities, and aligning regional strategies with global objectives. You will implement tools, resources, and training programs to boost commercial growth and success, working closely with both the central Sales Enablement team and regional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include running our quarterly 3C onboarding program for new starters in EMEA, working closely with local sales managers to co-ordinate, assist and ensure quality execution of our Sales Certification programme, delivering a range of sales development programmes, and managing internal relationships with all EMEA leaders and managers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and ideally sales leadership roles, with an understanding of various selling methodologies and a track record of successfully implementing them into global sales organisations.

An estimated salary for this role is £100,000 - £130,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
