100% IT Recruitment is looking for a talented System Administrator / 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our High Wycombe-based team.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first-line support for IT issues affecting a team of 60 internal users.
  • Setting up and offering technical assistance for custom-built systems.
  • Configuring and deploying servers and staff workstations.
  • Preparing mini-PCs for customer delivery.
  • Troubleshooting and providing technical support for computers and servers.
  • Managing DNS records and user accounts for customer email and website services.
  • Maintaining network connections, including routers, internet, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet connections.
  • Resolving issues promptly to meet members' expectations.
  • Evaluating complex problems and referring them to software developers when necessary.
