Technical Support Expert

We are currently seeking an IT Field Support Specialist to join our team at Biffa plc. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers, ensuring that their IT systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to IT hardware, software, and networking equipment.
- Configuring and maintaining various IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and networking devices.
- Engaging in IT Asset Management processes to track and manage IT hardware.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience as a Field Service Engineer.
- Strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
