We are seeking a highly skilled Snack Sensory Specialist to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a Snack Sensory Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our snacks by tasting and providing feedback on their taste profile.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverages, with excellent taste buds and the ability to describe products using a clearly defined vocabulary. You will work collaboratively with a team of tasters to reach agreement on the taste profile of products.

In this role, you will be required to taste products, provide consistent and objective feedback, and use a clearly defined vocabulary to describe products. Full training will be provided to help you develop your taste buds and the specific vocabulary required to communicate your opinions.

You will also be expected to bring a desire to drive your future and accelerate your career, as well as experience and knowledge in the following areas:

  • A passion for food/beverages and the ability to use your taste buds for detection
  • Honesty when it comes to giving opinions
  • Eager to try new, inventive products
  • A communicative personality to build great relationships with your panel
  • A firm grasp of the native language spoken in each individual location
