SEN Teaching Support Specialist

About the Role:
\The ABC Teachers team is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Support Specialist to join their full-time team in Kidderminster. As a key member of the educational staff, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support to students with special educational needs.
\The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children and young people with a range of special educational needs, such as learning difficulties, autism, and sensory needs. They will also possess suitable qualifications, including Youth Work, Health and Social Care, or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (desired but not essential).
\A competitive estimated salary for this position is £20-£25 per hour, paid weekly by our in-house Payroll team using the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system. Additionally, we offer pension contributions (subject to a qualifying period), free training to enhance your professional development, and a generous refer-a-friend bonus scheme.
