Prospero Teaching is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex needs in a resource base provision within a Primary School in Central East Birmingham. The school is an OFSTED rated Good mainstream Primary School with a supportive senior leadership team.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and nurturing, able to develop good relationships with children with additional needs. This part-time role starts in January 2025 and continues for the rest of the academic year.
Contract Details
- Location: Small Heath, Birmingham

Requirements
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualifications
- Previous experience working in a UK school - in either permanent or long-term roles
- Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
To Be Eligible
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child-related references that cover the last two years
