At Targeted Provision Ltd, we are dedicated to providing exceptional education support services to children and young people with SEN and SEND. As a SEN/SEND Teaching Specialist, you will contribute to our mission by delivering high-quality teaching and support to students in West Midlands.

In this critical role, you will work closely with our team of SEN/SEND Support Specialists to develop and implement tailored support plans for students with diverse learning needs. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, facilitating small group and one-to-one tuition sessions, and monitoring student progress.

To succeed in this position, you will require a strong understanding of SEN and SEND principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also be able to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize your workload effectively.

The estimated salary for this position is £28-38 per hour, depending on experience. You will work through a contract for service and will be paid via PAYE. Our insurance covers the work you do for us.
