Job Description
The ideal candidate will lead the human resources strategy and champion employee wellbeing. You'll design and implement initiatives that drive performance while ensuring our team feels valued, supported, and engaged.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy: Develop and execute policies and procedures aligned with our business goals.
- Wellbeing Initiatives: Create and manage programmes that promote mental health, physical wellbeing, and work-life balance.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture, handling employee concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Leadership: Provide guidance to teams across sites, ensuring consistency and best practices.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Promote D&I initiatives that create a welcoming environment for all team members.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: A background in companies with over 5,000 staff and multi-site experience (20+ sites).
- Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and lead with a people-first approach.
- Wellbeing Expertise: Passion for mental health and wellbeing, with experience developing successful programmes.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for building strong relationships at all levels.
