**Job Description: Senior Hospitality Operations Manager**

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the customer journey at our hotel. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure that brand standards are exceeded and customer satisfaction is at the forefront of everything we do.

You will be a hands-on leader from check-in to breakfast, working to ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include managing rota's and workforce plans to ensure that the hotel is ready for any eventuality, as well as utilizing your experience in food and beverage to level up the daily guest experience.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous hotel experience with a strong background in the Food and Beverage department. You should be a flexible and experienced hospitality manager who is ready to drive a first-class guest experience and has the potential to move into a General Manager position in the future.

**Competitive Salary:** £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
