A Day in the Life

As Operations Manager, you will be the lead driver of operational excellence across the customer journey at the hotel. You will work as a hands-on leader from check-in to breakfast, ensuring brand standards are exceeded and customer satisfaction is at the forefront of everything you do.

You will work flexibly across the week, driving key metrics amongst the HOD team, working back-to-back with the General Manager to ensure there's management for across all shifts and deputising in the General Manager's absence. This role offers a fantastic senior step forward for those with one eye on a General Manager position in their future career.

You will be able to utilise your experience in food and beverage to level up the daily guest experience.

What We Need From You

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have previous hotel experience with a strong background in the Food and Beverage department. We are keen to speak to flexible, experienced hospitality managers who are ready to be hands-on and drive a first-class guest experience.
