Overview

Job Description

The Designate General Manager will be responsible for providing support to various General Managers in the Wiltshire, Somerset, and Devon region. This role is part of our development program designed to prepare you to take full responsibility for managing a business. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and contribute to the success of our pubs.

Key Requirements
  • Able to lead and inspire a team within a demanding complex hospitality operation.
  • Residing in the Wiltshire or Somerset area or planning to relocate.
  • An expert with a comprehensive knowledge of quality food and drink, with an eye for detail.
  • A strategic thinker with a proven record of business development within a branded pub context.
  • Diligent about ensuring that routine procedures are followed.
  • Well-presented with good awareness and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Able to commit to work within the GM development program at various locations.
